When the first beat to Moment 4 Life came on while the seniors were gathering in the middle of the quad, i got mad shivers and chills running through my veins. I know i’m not a senior, and that i didn’t release a balloon, but just watching that special memory with the perfect music playing, it really did make me teary eyed. I find time so interesting. You meet these people in elementary school, middle school, high school and spend countless years with them, and then soon enough you are forced to go your different paths. Isn’t the moment of realizing how much a person is important to you so amazing? It does get me sad to say that some people don’t really mean it when they say, “don’t be sad! we’ll see each other again and hang out.” It’s amazing how they will soon become a stranger in the crowds of people you see in your whole lifetime. What if you just walk past them silently, not remembering your special high school memories together, and walk past them just like any other stranger when you were once so close. It makes me motivated to keep in touch with several people who are worth keeping in touch with. It makes me want to cherish each and every moment, and just make the best memories. It’s scary to think about how high school is over for people. It’s just scary to think about the future.

Are you really ready to say, “I remember this one time in high school…”

Man…. I can’t believe I’m a senior soon, and that I’ll be doing this next year. D:

It’s moments like these that truly make life worth living.
